We recommend regular check-ups and cleans to maintain a healthy mouth. Most patients require this every 6 months.

Dental implants are an excellent option for replacing one or more missing teeth as they are best able to mimic the look and feel of your own.

Previously, missing teeth could only be replaced in one of two ways: with removable dentures; or with a bridge, which involves cutting the teeth adjacent to the missing one and then placing several crowns that are joined together on top. Because implants are fixed and don’t require intervention on any other teeth, they are the most conservative and natural-feeling replacement option.

At Dental on Hollywood, we collaborate with an Australian surgical company to design and create a TGA-approved, computer-assisted, 3D-printed surgical stent based off a digital scan of your teeth and a CBCT radiograph. This allows us to accurately identify and place each implant into the strongest and thickest area of bone, maximising our treatment outcomes.

We offer both traditional fixed braces and clear removable aligners as treatment options to straighten teeth at Dental on Hollywood.

Following a consultation where we take moulds, scans, and photographs, we design a treatment plan personalised to your individual case and will be able to answer any questions you might have about your treatment.

A crown is an excellent long-term option for a tooth that is discoloured, weakened or significantly damaged. We have the latest digital CEREC system at Dental on Hollywood, which means we can prepare your tooth, digitally scan it, and mill a computer-designed restoration on site within the same day.

We also create beautiful, aesthetic veneers by working closely with local dental technicians. This collaboration ensures that we get the best veneer shape and shade to suit your smile.

We offer both in-chair and take-home whitening systems at Dental on Hollywood.

In-chair, we use the latest Zoom system to whiten your teeth safely. After polishing your teeth and protecting your gums, we apply the Zoom whitening gel and activate it with the Zoom ‘Laser’ (blue light) to noticeably brighten your teeth over a 60 minute period. We also provide complimentary custom-made whitening trays at the end of your appointment so that you can maintain your results post-treatment.

We also offer standalone take-home whitening kits which are usually used nightly for up to 2 weeks. After taking an impression of your teeth, we create custom whitening trays and provide you with high-strength whitening gel to use in the trays at home until you achieve your desired result.

All of our dentists are qualified to treat children of all ages.

We recommend a first dental visit at 12 months old, or within 6 months of getting your baby’s first tooth.

For under-18s, we offer check and cleans, oral hygiene education, and other preventive services at no additional cost to you if you are with a health fund (also known as “no gap” treatment).

For children eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), dental treatment at our clinic is covered by Medicare with no out of pocket cost*. (*conditions apply if the child’s dental treatment exceeds the Medicare limit. In this event, fees will be discussed prior to commencing any dental treatment).

We offer removable appliances such as mouthguards for sport and splints for protection from clenching and grinding. We take either a mould or a digital scan of your teeth and bite in order to create the customised appliance appropriate for you.
